They will discuss how their program has created meaningful opportunities for students while also building a strong pipeline of future employees.\n\nIn addition\, we will review current reports from local schools highlighting:\n\n\n	\n	Student career interests and trending pathways\n	\n	\n	What students currently know about career options\n	\n	\n	How students are envisioning their future careers\n	\n	\n	Key trends shaping K-12 career awareness and workforce readiness\n	\n\n\nWe will also explore best practices from other communities to showcase successful models for K-12 engagement and how local employers can get involved in impactful\, practical ways.\n\nWhether you are already engaged with local schools or are interested in learning how to build connections with students and educators\, this session will provide valuable insights and actionable ideas.
