DESCRIPTION:Please join us as for an engaging and informative Public Policy Luncheon series highlighting each of the critical components of SAGA's local economic development strategy and considering the public policy implications of a successful local economic development program. \n\n\n\nSAGA will kick off the series on Monday\, August 1st with a condensed version of Economic Development 101\, offering a brief historical perspective on economic development in Lee County\, Sanford and Broadway and addressing the "Why" of local economic development efforts. Subsequent sessions will address infrastructure\, workforce development\, quality of place initiatives and incentives\, among others. \n\n\n\nRegistration is open. Lunch is included in your admission fee.
