Public Policy Luncheon - Affordable H...
Description
This month's event will focus on affordable housing in Sanford-Broadway-Lee County.
We will learn the definition of affordable housing, study the current state of affordable housing in our community and hear recommendations on how to move forward based on findings from a study completed by Triangle J Council of Governments. An affordable housing developer will share her insights about what a developer looks for before investing in a community.
