As part of our commitment to supporting local businesses, SAGA is here to assist with workforce development, public sector partnerships, training opportunities, funding and grants, community involvement, and youth apprenticeship programs. Whatever your business needs, SAGA is here to help you navigate and access these resources.
To further foster these connections, we’ve developed our “Human Factor” program, a quarterly event designed specifically for HR professionals. These events provide valuable resources, networking opportunities, and the chance to share best practices with peers.
LINK TO THE PIELINE
At our 4th Quarter Human Factor event, you'll gain insights into internship programs and project opportunities from North Carolina State University and Campbell University’s Schools of Engineering. Their presentations will cover industry solutions support, and the specific project needs their programs can address.
Additionally, Central Carolina Community College will present on training programs, internships, and workforce solutions, including updates on the E. Eugene Moore Manufacturing and Biotech Solutions Center.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with key resources, address your workforce needs, and be prepared to discuss these programs within your organization.
You are welcome to bring a member of your operations team or engineering department who would be involved in internship programs and hiring for those areas.
