Sanford Brush & Palette Club is celebrating their 60th Anniversary in 2024. Everyone is welcome to attend the SBPC 59th Annual Art Show, a family-friendly FREE event. The judged art show will have hundreds of new, original artworks by local member artists. The Bowl and Vessel Show will be held concurrently with unique items from artists across North Carolina. The Holiday Gallery offers art and gifts with a fall and winter theme. Art After Dark is being planned as a very special event, a with music and food, and features a live auction this year with items from gift cards to tropical vacations worth thousands. Be sure and come bid on these great items on Friday night the 18th from 6 to 9 p.m. As part of the art show, Art After Dark is free to attend. Sanford Brush and Palette is a 591(c)(3) organization. Proceeds from the art show helps their Art Angels committee provide supplies and/or services to support projects and activities that help provide a quality visual arts experience for Lee County students. Since 2010, Art Angels has assisted over 6,000 students to express themselves creatively and to learn more about the world around them through art.
