In this BUILD Series, we’ll focus on time management. Facilitator Kelly Klug of Lighthouse Documentation will offer a brief presentation on “5 tools for helping manage your time wisely” and then will lead the group in a roundtable discussion designed to encourage sharing of ideas and best practices. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared to discuss their own time management challenges as well as share what has and hasn’t worked in their business organization.
