Greetings, I am excited to be a new member of the Sanford business community. I moved to the area in April 2023 from Jacksonville, Florida. My father turned 90 last year, so wanted to be closer to family. I was originally looking in the Chapel Hill - Pittsboro area, but when a house from Carolina Trace populated my Zillow feed, I was hooked.
